Ben Haindel
Camp Director
Ben is a graduate of the Northlake Christian Class of 1993. He has been teaching Bible and Social Studies at NCS for 12 years and has served as Director of Camp Northlake for the past 3 years. Ben is married to the love of his life, Courtney Haindel, and has two daughters, Mary Evelyn and Molly Mae. One of the most interesting things about Ben is that he is half a man and half amazing! His favorite Bible verse is Isaiah 1:19 – “If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the best from the land.”

Jared is a graduate of the Northlake Christian Class of 2006. He is currently a Senior at Southeastern Louisiana University. He is majoring in Business Management. This is his 5th year working Camp Northlake. One of the most interesting things about Jared is that he knows something about everything. His favorite Bible verse is Joshua 1:9 – “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

Brandi is a graduate of the Northlake Christian Class of 2007. She is currently a Junior at Louisiana State University. She is majoring in Secondary Spanish Education. This is her 3rd year working at Camp Northlake. One of the most interesting things about Brandi is her elf ears. Her favorite Bible verse is Proverbs 19:21 – “Many are the plans in a man’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.”

Courtney is the Assistant Principal at Northlake Christian School and loves getting to spend her summers with her best friend, Camp Director Ben Haindel, and all the Camp Northlake campers and counselors. One of the most interesting things about Courtney is that she loves organizing more than ice cream.
